What we collect
- Account info: name, email, business details.
- Customer info you store: contacts, bookings, orders, chat transcripts.
- Usage and technical logs: device, browser, IP (for security and analytics).
- Payment metadata from payment providers (not full card numbers).
How we use data
- To provide and improve chatbot, bookings, orders, inventory, and CRM features.
- To send service emails (account, billing, system updates).
- To prevent abuse and ensure security and uptime.
Sharing
We share data only with essential processors: hosting, databases, analytics, and payment gateways (e.g., FPX, DuitNow, e-wallet providers). We do not sell data.
Retention & deletion
We retain data while you have an active account or as required by law. You can request deletion of customer data or your account. Backups are cycled; deleted data is removed from active systems and then from backups as they expire.
Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Role-based access controls and audit trails for admin actions.
- Least-privilege access to production systems.
